We offer three separate seasons: Winter, Spring, and Fall. Our Spring and Fall seasons are our most popular. The typical team size is 8 to 10 children.
The cost to participate is $150. Each player will receive a full uniform, including an NFL team jersey, shorts, socks, flags, and a mouthpiece. Players also receive a league t-shirt. All players will receive participation trophies at the end of the season.
All league play takes place on Sunday afternoons between Noon and 5 pm at Ann Sobrato High School. Teams will meet and practice before playing their two scheduled games. Each game lasts 45 minutes. Practice can be 45 minutes to one hour just prior. The total weekly commitment is less than 3 hours. The season consists of two practice weeks, a pre-season scrimmage, ten regular-season games and an end of season playoff jamboree.
The league-age cut-off is as follows:
- Spring Child's Age as of March 1st of the Current Year
- Fall Child's Age as of September 1st of the Current Year
- Winter Child's Age as of March 1st of the Next Year

Playing with Friends or Siblings
When you register your child, you will have the option of listing the names of friends or siblings whom you would like to request to be placed together with your child. We are typically able to accommodate these requests. These requests are not guaranteed, however, as on rare occasions, we are not able to accommodate them.
Forming Your Own Team
We do not currently accept team registrations. The most effective way to register a complete team is to have the coach register first and then have the interested players request the coach under the Coach/Buddy Request section of registration.
League play is based on age groups - Your age group is whatever your child's age is as defined below.

Teams are coached by volunteers. Parents generally coach teams their children play on. Without coaches, we have no teams. Coaching is easy. We provide each coach with guidebooks, playbook, ruleset, and one football. Our staff is available for private sessions and individual assistance as requested. Please go to our coaching section to fill out an application and access our Coaches Resource Center.
What to Expect
After the player combine, we assign teams then move directly into practices and scrimmage games. All activities are held on Sundays. When pre-season is complete, the teams move on to their regular season. During the regular season, the teams meet each Sunday at the field before their games to practice.
In the regular season after their practices, they will play two games back-to-back. The season consists of 10 games. Finally, the league culminates with our end-of-season jamboree and playoffs. All participants receive league awards at the end of the season.
